panel 3. mainbrain says, no, dude. people's brains actually change when they suffer from PTSD! amygdala grows. hippocampus shrinks. prefrontal cortex bloodflow increases to the right ide, which can affect sorry and anger, and decreases to the left side, which can negatively affect language and memory.
